User Experience Design

Products people choose to use, not products they have to use.

UX design is where strategy meets the user. We design digital products — websites, web apps, mobile apps, internal tools — that balance business outcomes with user needs. Our work spans research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. We're not pixel-pushers; we're product partners who happen to be very good at design. Engagements run 4–12 weeks depending on scope, and ship with everything engineering needs to build without guessing.

What's Included

6 sub-services covering every aspect of user experience design.

01

UX / UI Design

Design digital products that are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable to use. We combine user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design into a unified practice. Deliverables include wireframes, flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs for engineering. The goal is products people choose to use, not products they have to use.

02

Web Design

Design websites that balance brand expression with conversion. We work on marketing sites, landing pages, product pages, and content hubs — focusing on information hierarchy, visual rhythm, and calls to action. Web design deliverables include page mockups, responsive variants, prototype flows, and a handoff package for engineering. Every page is designed with a specific business outcome in mind.

03

Mobile App Design

Design native iOS and Android apps that feel platform-appropriate while expressing your brand. We follow platform conventions (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design) while pushing the visual identity where it matters. Deliverables include screen designs, navigation flows, prototyped interactions, and asset export for engineering. Mobile-first thinking informs every decision.

04

UX Research

Understand your users before designing for them. We conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, card sorts, and analytics reviews to build a defensible picture of who your users are and what they need. Research outputs include personas, journey maps, and prioritized opportunity lists. Research de-risks design decisions and prevents building the wrong thing well.

05

Wireframing & Prototyping

Visualize structure and flow before pixel-level design. We use low-fidelity wireframes for quick iteration on information architecture, then high-fidelity clickable prototypes for stakeholder review and user testing. Prototypes are built in Figma with realistic interactions, animations, and conditional logic. This is where the product starts to feel real — and where most course-corrections happen.

06

Design System & UI Kit

Build a reusable component library that scales design across your team. We document every UI component with anatomy, variants, states, usage guidelines, and accessibility requirements. The system is delivered as a Figma library and, where needed, a coded component library (React, Vue, or Swift). A mature design system 10x's design throughput and ensures consistency at scale.

Our Approach

How we run a user experience design engagement.

01

Research & Discovery

User interviews, analytics review, competitive teardown, and stakeholder alignment. We leave with a clear picture of the problem we're solving and for whom.

02

Information Architecture

Sitemaps, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes. We map the structure of the product before designing pixels — because the right structure is what makes products feel intuitive.

03

High-Fidelity Design

Pixel-level mockups in Figma, with responsive variants, interaction states, and prototyped flows ready for user testing and engineering handoff.

04

Design Specs & Handoff

A complete handoff package: component specs, spacing tokens, animation notes, accessibility requirements, and a Figma library engineering can build from directly.
