Maintenance clients get priority response times and a dedicated Slack channel. Most maintenance engagements also include a small monthly budget for new features.

  Make your slow site fast, and your fast site faster. We audit performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement fixes — database indexing, query optimization, CDN configuration, image optimization, code splitting, and rendering strategy. Performance work is measured: we ship with before/after Lighthouse scores and Core Web Vitals dashboards.

   Weekly increments with demoable features every Friday. We use feature flags, write tests, and keep the production branch shippable at all times.

   Staging environment, QA pass, analytics setup, DNS cutover, post-launch monitoring. Launches are non-events because the work is done before launch day.

   Iterate

   Post-launch retainer with bug fixes, performance monitoring, and a small monthly feature budget. The best products are built after launch, not before.
